Most of us are so busy handling life that we lose touch with ourselves.

This retreat is a reset — a day in nature to reconnect your body, mind, and heart.

We’ll work with movement, reflection, and simple practices to help you find that steady, clear place inside, even when life is chaotic.

You’ll walk away with more clarity, peace, and confidence in the choices you’re making moving forward.

The Retreat Flow:

Sept 27, Saturday

10 am - 2pm   Gather at Paradise Park, South Lake Tahoe  - main event covers all topics (cost $77.00)

6 pm - 8 pm    Optional: Join us for dinner (cost of dinner not included in ticket price)

Sept 28, Sunday

This is for you if you are ready to:

  • Quiet a busy mind
  • Release tension from the body
  • Reconnect with their authentic self
  • Make decisions with more ease and alignment

Through guided practices and the restorative energy of the outdoors,

you’ll leave with:

  • a deep exhale you didn’t know you were holding
  • simple daily tools to calm your nervous system & reconnect fast
  • clarity on what truly matters (and what you can lovingly drop)
  • a grounded connection to your inner compass (so decisions don’t feel like psychic dodgeball)
  • a sense of wholeness—like you finally remembered who you are
